Parkland Teachers' Local 10 commemorates World Teachers' Day with full-page ad

(3-Oct-2005) Parkland Teachers' Local 10 has placed a full-page ad in honour of World Teachers' Day in this week's editions of both The Stony Plain Reporter and The Grove Examiner. World Teachers' Day will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 5, 2005, and the ad celebrates the occasion with timely information for parents, teachers, and the general public. Features include a history of World Teachers' Day, a humour feature entitled "You might be a teacher if...", and a list of helpful "Pointers for Parents" who wish to support their children and the schools in their community.
