Strike Photos 13

The strike continued until day 21 when the teachers offered to return to work if the employer agreed to Voluntary Interest (Binding) Arbitration.  Support was still strong and we have many people to thank.
Brenton Baum from Timberline Local sends letters of support from each school to Parkland teachers. Denis Theobald, Staff Officer Government visits our Strike Headquarters to converse with teachers. Russ Hickman drops of letters of support from the Political Engagement Officers.
Calgary Public Teachers’ Local 38, Larry President Liffiton travels from the south with a message of support. Ron McCullum, Maxx Construction offers the teachers his support. Elk Island Catholic Teachers’ Local 21, President Garry Kumpf brings greetings and his teachers' support.
